TAXES AND DUTIES
Allapplicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of thecustomer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your orderdirectly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents torelease your package. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay deliveryof some packages.
CURRENCY CONVERSIONS
Allprices listed on our site are in US dollars, and charged in US dollars. Thebank that has issued your credit card determines the exact exchange rate thatyou will pay, but in general it will match very closely with the going exchangerates. POLICY AND TERMS
Byplacing an order at Jhonnie’s®, you are responsible for original shippingcharges, all applicable custom import fees and the cost of return shipping backto Jhonnie’s®. This also applies to any shipments that are refused by you atdelivery or returned to us as undeliverable. We are not responsible for anylost, stolen, or returned to sender packages.
SALES TAX
Applicablesales tax will be added to all purchases shipping to California.

PLACING AN ORDER
Afteryou have added an item to your cart, you will be prompted to review your cart.Here, you may review all items in your cart, update quantities, remove items orreturn to the product detail page. Once you have reviewed the items in yourcart, you may either continue shopping or proceed to check out and place yourorder.
VERIFICATION AND SHIPPING
Whenplacing your order, please make sure that you use the billing address andcontact information as it appears on your credit statement. When specifying shipping address information, be sure to check thatthe zip code, city and state are correct. ORDER TRACKING & STATUS TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Ifyou have an account, you can check the status of your order at anytime, bysimply logging into your account and clicking “View Order Status”. If yourorder states “Pending”, your order has been received and is being processed byour warehouse. If your order has “Shipped”, you will see a delivery trackingnumber.
